00:04designed to guide and strengthen efforts to promote human rights in various sectors.

00:16Along with the inauguration of Human Rights Day,

00:18the government has officially launched the 4th Philippine Human Rights Plan or PHRP4.

00:24This is an important step in the continued promise of the country

00:27to uphold and protect the human rights of all Filipinos.

00:32The PHRP4 is the latest version of the National Human Rights Action Plan of the country

00:37designed to guide and strengthen efforts to promote human rights in various sectors.

00:45This new plan is one of the three promises made by the government.

00:49The PHRP4 was a success

00:52with the support of various agencies of the government

00:55to ensure that the PHRP4 will follow the 8 agreements on the human rights of Filipinos.

01:01The launch of the 4th Philippine Human Rights Plan or PHRP4

01:09is a testament to this truth,

01:12a living commitment to Jews' principles, equity, and action.

01:19Executive Secretary Bersamin also gave the importance of the PHRP4 to the Filipinos.

01:25The PHRP4 is crafted to transform our nation's human rights landscape

01:33into a beacon of inclusive growth and social justice

01:38dedicated to improving the quality of life for all Filipinos.

01:44Executive Secretary Bersamin also thanked the support of the diplomatic community for the PHRP4.
