00:00Tinay Weightlifter Rose G. Ramos achieved a bronze medal finish

00:04in the IWF World Championships held at the Weightlifting Marquee Venue in Manama, Bahrain.

00:11In the women's 49kg class, Ramos lifted the 88kg snatch and 105kg clean and jerk

00:20and won the total weight of 193kg.

00:24This was the second medal that the country won in the competition

00:27followed by the third-place finish of Fernando Agad Jr. in the men's 55kg category.

00:33Remember that Ramos did not make it to the 2024 Paris Olympics

00:38after failing to reach the top 10 of the IWF Olympic Qualification Ranking.
