00:32More than 6,000 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries or ARBs from three provinces

00:38have joined the event held at the Panabo Multipurpose Gymnasium of Panabo City, Davao del Norte.

00:44Davao del Norte Governor Edwin I. Hubahib recognized the presence of President Marcos

00:49as the fulfillment of his dedication to the ARBs and farmers.

00:55This shows his unwavering commitment to agrarian reform and social equity.

01:03His act inspires us to work harder to uplift the lives of our people,

01:12especially those who cultivate our land, the backbone of our agricultural economy.

01:22Dark Secretary Conrado Estrella also recognized and thanked the participants

01:27for their great help to ensure a sufficient budget for the ARBs.

01:34Our congressmen have a great debt to them

01:40because every year, the budget of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries is helped.

01:50The ARBs were more than happy to see the presence of the President

01:56because no other president has saved them from the debt to the land.
