00:00Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to give a special gift to women today.

00:07Today PM Modi will start the LIC's Beema Sakhi Yojana in Panipat, Haryana at 2 pm.

00:14And PM will also distribute appointment letters to Beema Sakhis.

00:25LIC's Beema Sakhi Yojana aims to make women self-reliant and strong from the age of 18 to 70.

00:35Under this scheme, women will be given special training to become LIC agents.

00:41Trade Beema Sakhi will give women LIC salary or stipend for the first 3 years.

00:46After completing the training, women can work as LIC agents.

00:51After graduating, women will also get a chance to become development officers in LIC.

00:55LIC has started the Beema Sakhi scheme with the aim of empowering women.

01:01Through this, trade women will work to increase awareness on financial literacy and insurance.

01:08In the first phase of Beema Sakhi Yojana started by the government, 35,000 women will be given employment as Beema agents.

01:17Later, 50,000 women will be given more benefits in this scheme.

01:22For registration, women should be between the age of 18 to 70.

01:28Minimum qualification is also required up to 10th class.

01:32Under Beema Sakhi Yojana, women will be given 7000 to 21000 rupees every month.

01:38In the beginning of the scheme, women will be given 7000 rupees every month.

01:44In the second phase of Beema Sakhi Yojana, women will be given 6000 rupees every month.

01:49In the third phase of Beema Sakhi Yojana, women will be given 5000 rupees every month.

01:53Apart from this, women will be given a separate contribution of 21000 rupees.

01:58The women who complete their Beema target will also be given a separate commission.
