00:56The lechon that we have is around Php 9,000.

01:12There is no lechon for Php 1,000 for a whole lechon here in Laloma this December.

01:17And this is the only place where they can make a profit for a year.

01:22According to the cook, Kuya Jandi,

01:24lechon is a long process.

01:27For big lechon or pork,

01:29it takes up to 4 hours to cook.

01:33Aside from the taste, quality is also important.
