00:28President Quiosco's cadiwas will also be established in the provinces.
00:32Aside from the public market,
00:3341 cadiwas centers in the country also have a Rice for All program.
00:38President Quiosco's cadiwas are open every Tuesday to Saturday
00:42from 8 am to 5 pm.
