00:00Along with the holiday season and preparations for the 2025 midterm elections,

00:05it is expected that there will be an increase in the number of jobs in the country.

00:10In the latest data from the Philippine Statistics Authority,

00:13the employment rate increased by 96.3% in September,

00:18from 95.5% last year,

00:22while the unemployment rate decreased by 3.7% from 4.5%.

00:29However, the list of economists has not yet removed the so-called potential risk,

00:34such as the temporary suspension of jobs and supply chains due to calamities.

00:40The seasonal demand will have a big contribution this Christmas,

00:45as will the projects in the government's infrastructure,

00:49as well as the upcoming election,

00:52in creating more job opportunities.
