00:13that. I think some of the stories we've heard really have been quite grim and, you know,

00:21it's hard for me to comment on this individual case. I know there's investigations underway,

00:25but the really, I think, depressing thing is that we hear the same story too many times of people,

00:31you know, allegations about people in use in places, positions of power, who then end up

00:37misusing that power or end up, you know, really that kind of concerns about workplace harassment

00:43just not being taken seriously enough and we do need employers to take these things seriously.
