00:27It actually took three weeks to design this and it took about two months to actually put it together.

01:15It's just kind of this idea that after they have figured out that they want to create home.
01:20This is what their idea of how to make a sustainable income was.
01:24For the past three seasons, we've seen a level of just real instability, a lot of turmoil in their lives.
01:31And what they really, really hoped to find is what is their home.
01:35What he's saying is we built our home.
01:37We did it.
01:38Home is where the rusted bolts and the moldy wood is.
01:42And if you'll bring your attention to the second floor, this is our pulley system.

02:11Around Poglandia, we've kind of decorated it in a way that the Pogues would have decorated it.

02:46The head of our art department, Dan Novotny, had an idea that we would have sort of a merch section of the shop.
02:53And as you can see here, we have all these super, super cool designs done by him.
02:57The idea was that the Pogues had done these by hand in every single aspect of the show.
03:03Him and Missy have really brought this to life.
03:05You know, the surfboards on the walls.
03:07These are basically supposed to be hand painted by Key.
03:10Even the floorboards of Poglandia.
03:13It feels lived in.
03:14It feels raw.
03:16It feels exactly what you would expect this group of kids who really has no experience in any manual labor or building sound structures to do.
03:27Another really cool thing that the OVX production did on season 4 is incorporate things that the town had.
03:32This is from a store on Pitt Street called Howls.

04:01I like to play a fun game whenever we shoot in Poglandia.

04:13Those voodoo chips.
04:14And I've eaten many, many bags of expired chips at 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock in the morning in here.

05:17It looks really janky.
05:18And it may seem really janky, but our construction team, they do such an incredible job.
05:23I mean, even if you look at the stairs, they look super off-kiltered and they're aged insanely well.
05:29But every single piece of wood was brand new when we got it.
05:32So welcome.
05:33Welcome to the upstairs of Poglandia.
05:34It is sort of the Pogues hangout.
05:36This has been a really cool spot.
05:38We've got a lot of really, really cool scenes up here.
05:40My favorite scene this season actually happens to be up there.
05:44We did a flashback scene to the opening scene from Season 1 of John B Standing with one foot hanging off the roof.
05:51We recreated that up there.
05:53It was a really cool full circle moment because the show started as hopes for us.
05:58This idea and this want to do something that we all were really, really proud of.
06:03And to recreate that on the Pogues new home is a really special moment.
06:07This is sort of a full culmination of a want to recreate what was once John B's house, which was their safe haven for so long.
06:16And after the chateau was burnt down, I think this is our version of it.
06:21And if you kind of look around, a lot of the pieces that are sort of Easter egged in here are pieces that were remnants of the burning of the chateau.
06:28And it's sort of our homage to what was once and is now gone.
06:33Also, fun fact, these sales right here are actual Hobie Cat sales.
06:36They're vintage. They're super cool.
06:38They're kind of loud, so our sound department hates them a ton.
06:41But they look sick, so we keep them up.

07:16but one of my dear friends, Kenny Chesney, in his house, he, on his ceilings, has license plates from all the shows he's played over his career.
07:24And I am in this moment realizing that this is kind of a very similar low-rent version of Kenny's bar in St. John's.
07:31So I adore you, my friend, and maybe you'll appreciate this a little bit.
07:42Our favorite place on this set, besides obviously working, is Craftlandia, where we see the ladies themselves all hanging out.
