Unicredit-Banco Bpm, Tajani: "Non mi pare necessario golden power"

(Adnkronos) - Il vicepresidente del Consiglio Antonio Tajani, segretario nazionale di Forza Italia, nutre dubbi sull’opportunità di utilizzare il golden power per bloccare l’Ops di Unicredit su Banco Bpm. “Non mi pare - dice a margine della Ministeriale Nato a Bruxelles - che ci sia la necessità di intervenire in questa direzione”, anche perché, nota, non siamo in presenza di operazioni che coinvolgano società estere. Ad un eventuale utilizzo del golden power aveva alluso esplicitamente il ministro dell’Economia Giancarlo Giorgetti, poco dopo che Unicredit aveva annunciato l’offerta il 25 novembre scorso, dopo essere stata ‘stoppata’ dal governo tedesco di Olaf Scholz su Commerzbank.
