00:00Hi guys, I'm just doing a little video to clear a couple of things up.

00:04Just so you know, when I came out of the jungle, I felt fine first of all.

00:11And then that evening, my friends went to bed.

00:14I was on my Instagram just trying to have a nice little casual scroll at some funny stuff or whatever,

00:20you know, the stuff that I like to watch.

00:22I was getting a lot of attention, a lot of bombarding, in all the most positive way.

00:29But because it's been a bit of a while for me, I can get overwhelmed quite easily.

00:34And I just started to feel a little bit overwhelmed.

00:38I thought, you know what, I really just need to take a bit of time for me and just chill.

00:44And this is all feeling just a little bit much at the moment.

00:47I'm just going to archive all my stuff to do with the jungle.

00:51And then when the time is right and I've had a little time to process,

00:57I'm going to make my own reels of all my best bits that I really like.

01:01Because remember, I haven't been doing my Instagram.

01:03The way everything's posted and all the random stuff is not the way I would do my Insta.

01:07I would have like one or two really good reels relating to the jungle

01:11and bringing together my time in there.

01:14But I just wanted to clear up the reasons why that I did that.

01:19And just be honest, you know, it's okay to feel a little bit overwhelmed.

01:22I've been out of the spotlight for a long time.

01:25And I'm still trying to overcome those things.

01:27You know, I've still got my little demons.

01:29It doesn't mean that I'm going to go and hide back under a rock for another 10 years.

01:33It just means I need a little bit of time to just process and, you know, get right with my thoughts.

01:40Thank you to ITV and to I'm A Celeb for being really understanding and patient with me.

01:48You know, mental health is important.

01:50And I am super grateful for all the love and support that I've had.

01:53I just get a bit overwhelmed.

01:54I'm a bit of an introvert, guys.

01:56I've been in a jungle with people that I'd only just met for two and a half weeks straight.

02:01And then I've come out, I've seen loads and loads of attention.

02:03And I'm like, whoa, this is a lot.

02:06And I just needed a little bit of a breather.

02:08And also, I just want to clarify, I do not think that any of my campmates are fake.

02:16I was having a conversation on Lorraine.

02:18And what I was trying to say is, typical me just thinking out loud,

02:22is that everyone in there is going to have one or two individuals

02:26that they're way more close with than others.

02:29And that when we get out is when you're really going to see those friendships get nurtured.

02:35And the people that really become your friends for life.

02:37You're going to be friends with everyone.

02:38I love my jungle buddies.

02:39I love my jungle fam.

02:41But there's going to be friendships that people have that really, really get nurtured.

02:46And they become something that's like, wow, this is a friend for life.

02:50And that was all I was trying to say.

02:52I love you lots like jelly tarts.

02:54I'm going to have a little week just becoming one with my thoughts.
