00:00The whole world was shocked after the emergency martial law was declared by the president of South Korea before midnight.

00:06But the stories are not yet over.

00:17South Korean President Yoon Seok-yool abandoned his implementation of martial law six hours after he announced it.

00:25Yoon said the decision before 11 o'clock this Tuesday night.

00:29The martial law commander quickly barricaded the National Assembly Parliament.

00:35They also banned any political activities in the National Assembly.
