00:16In a courtesy call of the members of the FRLD to President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. yesterday,
00:24President Marcos, Jr. called for the effort of the government to establish the FRLD here in the country.
00:33He will take care of the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage
00:37that will help in responding to the damaged infrastructure, agriculture, and the lost lives
00:44caused by the typhoons, floods, and other calamities.
00:48It is recorded that the next typhoons will enter the country this October and November.
00:55That is why the FRLD's duty will be considered urgent.
01:00At the same time, it is the duty of the government to take care of the environment
01:07and to stop the threat of climate change.
01:10As of 2024, the FRLD will contribute P457 billion to the Climate Change Related Programs, Activities, and Projects Fund.
