01:06According to House Deputy Majority Leader Paulo Ortega,

01:10insulting each Filipino is considered as a violation of the law of the Vice President.

01:16Yesterday, Ortega was the first to criticize,

01:19along with House Assistant Majority Leader Jefferson Congon,

01:22Duterte's comment regarding the administration's grand scheme against him.

01:28This is not a playbook of someone else.

01:30This is his playbook because he's the only one who made a plan to kill our President, the First Lady,

01:39and our Speaker.

01:41He thinks that there is a grand scheme that he is being helped with.

01:46But actually, this is the result of what he is doing and saying.

01:51Although, from what I see, this is my personal opinion.

01:54We saw the law that they imposed on terrorism.

02:01We really saw that he was being violated.

02:04But we need to let the Department of Justice, the NBI,

02:11and our law enforcement units investigate if our Vice President is really being violated.

02:19In the middle of the conversation about the impeachment complaint against the Vice President,

02:28the congressmen who are now focused on their work and not on the Vice President's corruption are against it.

02:36If we are talking about impeachment, everyone has the right to file an impeachment complaint.

02:44In the administration, we haven't talked about impeachment yet.

02:52We are very anxious, especially about our work in the Congress.

03:01Even though there are a lot of news and noise coming from the outside,

03:05the House of Representatives has been very consistent that we were focused on issues,

03:10issues of legislative inquiry, issues in our hearings.

03:15And we will continue to do that.

03:18Patrick, regarding the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability,

03:23next week, Committee Chair Joelle Chua said that they will hold a hearing

03:28based on the information they gathered on their hearings.

03:32And we are waiting for the next hearing,
