00:00Land Bank of the Philippines has introduced a loan facility offering financial support

00:04to pensioners and government employees. The Pension and Emergency Relief Loan provides

00:09loans ranging from P20,000 to P100,000 for emergencies, medical needs, and other urgent

00:16expenses. The loan comes with an interest rate of 10% per annum. There are two loan options,

00:22the Pension Loan for pensioners with land bank accounts, and the Emergency Relief Loan for

00:26regular government employees with land bank payroll accounts and at least one year of service.

00:31Interested clients can apply at any land bank branch or through the Customer Service Hotline,

00:39and Land Bank aims to make financial relief more accessible during critical situations.

00:44Land Bank President and CEO Lynette Ortiz emphasized that the peer loan facility is

00:49designed to provide timely assistance to clients in urgent need and expanding the bank's accessible

00:54services for diverse customers.
