00:03When designing the euro notes, the European Central Bank issued banknotes with fictitious bridges
00:07in order not to favor one country over another.
00:10But in 2011, the Dutch designer Robin Stam decided to make them real
00:13by building them in the city of Speeknis in the Netherlands.
00:16This project of applied art gave birth to 7 bridges,
00:18each inspired by the illustrations present on the 5 to 500 euro notes
00:21and was integrated into the project of development of the residential district of Hetland.
