00:00The Department of Public Works and Highways, or DPWH, has completed the rehabilitation and asphalt overlay of two roads in Barangay Lawak and Barangay Ataynan in Alcala, Pangasinan for better mobility and accessibility.

00:15According to DPWH Region 1 Director Ronel Tan, the project facilitates travel for motorists and residents in the area.

00:23The 2.18-kilometer project covers 1.59 kilometers in Barangay Lawak, including the installation of solar-led streetlights.

00:32The P19.31 million project approved by the 2024 General Appropriations Act helps the economy, businesses, and the transportation of agricultural products to households.
