00:04What more do you think could be done to help those people?

00:07Yeah, ask for help. Surround yourself with good people.

00:10Find the others with hearts like yours.

00:13If they don't feel right to be around, then they're not right to be around.

00:16You know, we know so much these days, more than we ever knew in the 90s and the early noughties.

00:22We're getting quite knowledgeable with mental health, where to go and what to do.

00:28Just know this.

00:30It took me nearly a couple of decades to fight through it.

00:33And now I'm at the other end and it's beautiful.

00:35And there is beauty at the end of that struggle.

00:38And it feels remarkable.

00:42As namaste as this sounds, music heals, entertainment heals.

00:46And I hope that in some way this film is a healing process for people.

00:52I know it's a lofty ambition and some people at home could be going,

00:55OK, of course, but I mean it, you know, I mean it.
