What’s been your biggest ‘glow up’? ✨

00:00What do you think has been your biggest glow up so far?

00:02Well I moved from Australia last year and I feel like a different person. I feel like I'm a lot

00:06less stressed in my life, I'm less anxious, I have a lot more fun, I'm a bit more carefree.

00:11Living by myself and like the transition into like being independent.

00:15Focusing on what's in front of me and not worrying about the future,

00:18not worrying about the past, just being present in life.

00:21For me I used to party quite a lot when I was younger and I think sort of like reining

00:25that in over the last you know year or so in like growing up a bit I think that's a

00:28you know quite a big glow up.

00:30I had a glow up when I moved to Bristol and I

00:32started a new job and made loads of new friends and I started a new life and it was great.

00:35I felt fairly stagnant and needed a big change.

00:38I moved here completely on my own, didn't know anyone, had spent

00:41the last year and a half trying to work out how to make new friends and you know become

00:47more settled and I've also started a new job in that period as well.

00:51I've been on a big self-improvement journey I suppose over the last year and a half but that

00:56was triggered by finally building up the courage to change environment and move.
