00:00We call things at mistakes only to relieve ourselves of guilt. We say oh, I didn't want to do it

00:06It happened by mistake. It's not a mistake. It's a part of your normal algorithm. That's how you are

00:13Why are you calling it a mistake?

00:14Irrespective of how much you punish or condemn yourself for that mistake

00:18You will continue making those so-called mistakes because you will continue being yourself. You are the mistake

00:25So the punishment is do not remain who you are

00:29Otherwise the mistakes will remain as they are use your guilt to your advantage when you really sincerely feel guilty

00:37Then that guilt is transformational then that guilt

00:41Catalyzes a deep change in yourself, and I think it's a matter of dishonesty if one keeps saying

00:47Oh, I'm guilty. I deserve punishment this that and still does not change
