00:00I don't know if I had any expectations but he was so down-to-earth, such a lovely man,
00:05he was also so positive, just the little things which we chatted about, he was just so happy and
00:11content I think, he was a really lovely gentleman. But he did talk a lot about moderation, he was
00:17like you don't want to do anything into excess, like too much walking, too much eating, he was
00:23very much about keeping things level and chilled, although he did say he did a lot of walking when
00:27he was younger so maybe that helped. It's quite tricky obviously when you're talking about people
00:33that are born in like the early 1900s, that's finding the documentation to prove they were
00:40born when they were born and documenting their life throughout the course of history to make
00:45sure that everything is sound and correct and can be verified, it's quite tricky, there's a lot of
00:49documentation to review but thankfully in John's case we were able to get lots of information and
00:56details about how wonderful his life was.
