00:00The implementation of the contraband projects in the province of Bulacan will be implemented by the government.

00:06We have breaking news, Shane Velasco of PAA Central Luzon. Shane.

00:10First Lady Liz Araneta Marcos will implement the projects to expedite the implementation of the contraband infrastructure projects in Bulacan.

00:30This is what the First Lady promised to her local officials and businessmen after the Invest Bulacan Summit 2024.

00:39These projects include 11 pumping stations and floodgates planned by the Department of Public Works and Highways in Luzon, Malolos,

00:48and the towns of Hagunoy, Calumpit, Paombong, Bulacan, and Piginto.

00:54According to Governor Daniel Fernando, the First Lady gave the clear direction of Bulacan towards becoming a First World Province.

01:03This is evident in the construction of major infrastructure projects such as the North-South Commuter Railway System,

01:10MRT-7, and the New Manila International Airport.

01:15For the First Lady, this should not stop the widespread and long-term flooding,

01:21resulting in great damage to the industries and livelihoods of ordinary Bulacans.
