00:07to the first woman speaker in our history, the gentlelady from California, Nancy Pelosi.

00:18It's an historic moment for the Congress. It's an historic moment for the women of America.

00:31It is a moment, it is a moment for which we have waited over 200 years.

00:43Never losing faith, we waited through the many years of struggle to achieve our rights.

00:50But women weren't just waiting, women were working.

00:55Never losing faith, we worked to redeem the promise of America that all men and women are created equal.

01:11For our daughters and our granddaughters, today we have broken the marble ceiling.

01:19For our daughters and our granddaughters now, the sky is the limit.
