00:00For too long, we as women have been left out of rooms and conversations.

00:06We have been told the door is closed to us.

00:09Our ideas are endless, our passion is infinite, and we have come to knock that door down.

00:18I do not stand on this stage alone.

00:21I stand here with every single powerful, inspiring woman who has supported me on my journey here.

00:29I carry them with me everywhere I go.

00:32And I stand here for all who are still to come.

00:36For every little girl with big dreams, for every young woman paving her way,

00:42for every woman my age breaking out of every box she had been placed in,

00:48I am holding the door open for you.
