Crazy fly tipping in Birchills, Walsall.

Dalkeith Road , Walsall and fly tipping from a property is spilling out into the street.

00:06This is Adam Smith of the Expresso Star on Dalkeith Road in Warsaw.

00:13I started up inside that property and now it's on the street, however, Warsaw Council

00:32have issued a public notice, an order to clear it up, and this is what residents are about

00:43to pull up with.

00:45Obviously the notice has to be enforced first, but there's been complaints and complaints

00:52and complaints, and look it's been done.

00:55It is also a public health risk due to rats and all that kind of stuff, but as you can

01:01see, would this happen in another part of Warsaw, maybe Little Aston, I doubt this would

01:06be here would you, but I think the Tanzers might get on it and something would be done.

01:09However, as we're in Birch Hills it appears people might just think, well they won't care

01:15will they.

01:16But that's wrong because people in this area are really annoyed about this rubbish, they

01:21want it cleared up.

01:22So how enforced will the enforcement notice be?
