AI and Cybersecurity: Insights from CNS Middle East GM

00:00My name is Asif Suleiman, I'm the General Manager for CNS.

00:13Yes, very good question. Actually, you know, AI is becoming embedded everywhere,

00:18and we are trying as much as possible to enable our clients to be ready for AI,

00:24in different use cases, different areas of AI.

00:28We are focusing much because of AI enabled, and the technology change is happening.

00:34We are focusing on security from two elements, like IT security and OT security,

00:39and we believe this demand is increasing big time because of the threat is happening

00:45and the online services provided to our clients.

00:48You know, you can't do whatever you do in technology without security, it will be useless.

00:58You will collapse, you will be backfired, damaged from operation, from privacy, from different angles.

01:04We are trying as much as possible to help to provide the cybersecurity to be in line with the AI,

01:10I mean, strategy initiative.

01:12Especially it's led by government, like in this region, they are big initiative for the AI and cybersecurity,

01:19so we are helping in line with this vision.

01:21Cybersecurity maybe, at the end of the day, it's a business risk, you have to assess your business risk

01:28to see how much is essential for you to have security, and whatever the risk you can afford,

01:35let's put it this way, and you can live with that and to take some measures.

01:39Other than that, you have to be enabled and secure the environment

01:43in order to provide essential services to your client, to any business.

01:53Actually, you know, in CNS we believe in value proposition, value to our client, value to our technology provider,

02:00and value to our employees and shareholders, this is our strategy.

02:05In order to do that, we are increasing our capabilities, in-house capabilities,

02:09in terms of value propositions, we are developing, I mean, talented people, they are ready,

02:15and we are enabled with this one.

02:17For these purposes, we are trying to have like different model of businesses, like hybrid model.

02:23We are opening, recently we opened an office in India and one in Egypt

02:27to help to accelerate the services to our client.

02:30Hopefully, we can add a fraction to this, whatever is happening in the technology hype.
