00:45The operation's name is No to Christmas.

00:48It's the same plotline as always.

00:51There won't be no Christmas in Venezuela, and a citizen, a businessman comes into play

00:56whose name is Jose Enrique Rincon, the owner of several companies in the Zulia State, especially

01:06in the shrimping area, in the agricultural area, who together with his sons Juan Diego

01:13and Jose Enrique, they have strong links with opposition sectors from a very long

01:22time.

01:23He's a person that one little by little gets to know the power that he has created

01:31around the management of wealth, of money.

01:40Every time that there was a change in officials in the Zulia State, this man and emissary

01:47was sent, and the process of recruiting began, and that's how they have recruited military

01:55judges and other people into this operation.

01:59This man, Jose Rincon, is not currently in the country.

02:02And why he's not in the country?

02:06Somehow, when we began the investigation in the archival state, they thought they could

02:13be implicated.

02:16That's why he left with one of his sons abroad.

02:20So being abroad amidst this investigation, he just had a health issue, neurism, and he's

02:26currently in a delicate health situation due to the, we think, the stress of the situation.

02:34For this reason, his other sons that remain here also left, and they are all currently

02:39in Spain.

02:40The phones, the phones that they are using, are located in Spain, and they have direct

02:47links with Iván Simónove, again with terrorist María Corina Machado, with Tomás Guanipa,

03:00with Juan Pablo Guanipas, and other people that we have them here, journalists, lawyers.

03:15All this we want to tell you that they are identified, but I won't say the names so that

03:23they won't be, have a head start to flee.

03:28I say these other ones because they are already known in several conspiracy activities.

03:34Also the man has restaurants, different places where he invites people over, they have carried

03:43out meetings in those places, they've participated with military personnel.

03:48They are all identified, but they are not still detained.

03:57They are in control of the judicial area, but why could we think this?

04:01Why are they doing this in the judicial process?

04:04So that's where the detainee comes in, the plans in the prisons, and parts of the plan

04:13was to give people detained in different prisons, give them explosives and weapons.

04:26And I have to say that they all had a network in three other states in Venezuela.

04:32So we are acting in every single one of those states.

04:35They were detained, Pedro Velasco Prieto, who was the president of the judicial circuit

04:41of Zulia, Maurelia Vils Prieto, also another judge from Zulia, and Mario Plaza Hernández,

04:51another judge from Zulia, and Francisco Javier Urdaneta, a prosecutor of the public ministry,

04:59José Gregorio Rendón, a higher prosecutor of the Zulia state, and around them different

05:08links with opposition leaders from the party First Justice mainly.

05:22So two facts could be intertwined here, the plot of conspiracy, and so we are going over

05:33the conspiracy plot to overthrow the government.
