00:17the yield of rice per hectare of rice in the province went down by 8%.
00:22According to Provincial Agriculturist Danilo Arado,
00:245.43 tons of rice per hectare last year went down to 4.97 tons only now.

01:25On the other hand, a cooperative in the province confirmed
01:29that the supply of rice was sufficient and that there were no retailers stealing the supply.
01:35Bakara-Sanjera Multi-Purpose Cooperative Manager Michael Veloso Jr. said
01:39that they are supplying rice in the province of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Cagayan.
