(Adnkronos) - “Noi cerchiamo di essere vantaggiosi nel ripristinare un senso di giustizia nelle organizzazioni di lavoro. Lo facciamo con un presidio legale molto importante in tutte le attività investigative che facciamo per accertare i fatti scorretti e poi fornire insieme tutto il compendio probatorio che serve a irrogare sanzioni”. Lo ha detto ai microfoni di Adnkronos Vincenzo Francese, chief investigation officer Axerta, intervistato a Milano al Forum Risorse Umane di Comunicazione italiana. Tema per l’edizione 2024, ‘Integrability’ che simboleggia le pratiche consolidate e le novità del settore hr.

00:45It is not done for a police action of control, it is done to make people who behave well

00:55in organizations that the company does not turn the other way and there is a difference
