00:15made a courtesy call to President Bongbong Marcos earlier.
00:19Akihiko was also accompanied by the victims of the previous floods,
00:23as well as those who are also experiencing them in Japan.
00:26With their help, President Marcos mentioned the issue of flood control and water management.
00:34The President also thanked Akihiko for the continuous cooperation of JICA
00:38and for being an important partner in the country.
