00:01He's been somebody who came in and taught guys how to win more.

00:07Cuz we won some games last year, but he taught guys what it takes to get to that

00:11bowl, and we're not there yet, but we're taking strides.

00:15And every team goes through adversity throughout the year, so

00:18my message to the team and his as well has been, we hit our adversity.

00:21Let's not look back, and let's just march forward and put our best foot forward.

00:24And we know we can play with everybody, but now we just gotta play four quarters.

00:28And once we do that, we'll be able to be a hard team to stop.

00:31And Joe, when he's on, he's a force for us.

00:37Over 100 yards, three touchdowns, just really like the way we just kept turning
