In Nicaragua, the 17th China-Latin America and the Caribbean business summit, known as china-lac, is being held in Managua with the purpose of boosting deep economic ties between that nation and the region.

00:05China-LAC, is being held in Managua with the purpose of boosting deep economic ties between
00:11that nation and the region.
00:13The meeting, under the slogan, Joining Forces, Creating Opportunities, New Horizons for China
00:18and Latin America and the Caribbean, brings together more than 220 participants representing
00:2329 countries, as well as 500 Chinese and Nicaraguan entrepreneurs.
00:28The event also includes a promotional session of the 2nd International Exhibition of China's
00:32Supply Chain.
00:33At the summit, businessmen discuss international trade trends, opportunities for the strategic
00:39relationship between China and Latin America, as well as new trade roadmaps.
00:49We will continue to work hand in hand with you, promoting cooperation, promoting multi-polarity
00:56and working against hegemonism.
01:02Because this world must be shared by all.
01:06Development must be shared by all.
01:09And it is through trade and investment that we can build these bridges between peoples.
01:17So I wish you all success in this summit and the best results for all participating companies.
