EU foreign affairs ministers discuss support for Ukraine after Biden lifts veto on weapons

The meeting of EU foreign affairs ministers comes a day after Russia launched another massive attack of drones and missiles against Ukraine.

01:14We openly said that this was an option that we would consider if it was to allow to strike

01:24targets from where Russians are currently aggressing Ukrainian territory. So nothing

01:31new on the other side.

01:32Borrell criticized the bloc for taking too long to offer support for Ukraine, saying

01:37the EU needs to stop discussing and start acting.
