00:11In the municipality of Panganiban, more than 400 households were hit by the typhoon in Pitonitong, Barangay.
00:16The first landfall of a typhoon in Panganiban was reported last Saturday.
00:21According to the Philippine News Agency, the entrance to the whole province is still suspended.
00:25Meanwhile, government relief operations are still underway in the affected areas.

01:13The typhoon was moving at a speed of 30 km per hour.
01:17Because of the typhoon, the signal No. 3 reached northern and western portions of Ilocos Sur,
01:23northwestern portion of La Union, and western portion of Abra.
01:28Signal No. 2 reached Ilocos Norte, which is 10 parts of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, which is 10 parts of Abra,
01:36western portion of Mountain Province, and northern portion of Zambales.
01:40Signal No. 1 reached Apayao, Calinga, which is 10 parts of Mountain Province,
01:45Ifugao, western portion of Cagayan, Nueva Vizcaya, northern and central portion of Nueva Ecija,
01:51and central portion of Zambales.
