00:27those who own oil tankers that they should not sail in Manila Bay at this time

00:32due to the possibility of oil spills in the wake of a strong typhoon.

00:37Chodoro does not want to repeat the oil spill

00:40due to the capsizing of the MT Terra Nova this July 2024 near Manila Bay.

00:45The spill of thousands of liters of highly toxic industrial fuel

00:50and the destruction of hundreds of marine protected areas in the vast ocean of the country.

00:55Due to the disaster, the livelihood of thousands of small fishermen in Luzon was severely affected.

01:01As a result, small fishing boats and fishing boats were also banned

01:06due to the Gale Warning of DOST Pagasa.

01:09Metro Manila is under Storm Signal No. 2 according to Pagasa.

01:13The region is expected to experience a wind speed of 62 to 88 km per hour
