00:16And that's the problem.

00:17If you are somebody who wants to own the pleasure that comes from the material body, then you

00:23will be obliged to own the suffering as well.

00:27Am I talking of not having pleasure?

00:29No, I'm talking of having higher pleasure.

00:32Those who have known have called it joy.

00:34They have said even animals experience the cheap kind of pleasures.

00:36There is nothing in that.

00:38Can you experience the pleasure contained in conquering yourself?

00:43That's called joy.

00:44Therefore, your role models must not be the ones who claim they have conquered the world.

00:50Rather, look at the ones who did not allow the world to mean too much to them.

00:56That's called conquering oneself.
