00:13The residents of Rapu-Rapu, Malinaud, Tiwi, and Ligas, Paseti, Albay,

00:19experienced high tides and strong waves this morning.

00:22According to OCD Bicol Spokesperson, Grimil Nas,

00:29the high tides and strong wind effects of the storm Pepito

00:33are felt in the towns near the sea.

00:36The OCD does not rule out a storm surge

00:40because the storm Pepito is approaching.

00:42According to the Albay Public Safety and Emergency Management Office,

00:46more than 35,000 families or more than 306,000 residents of Albay

00:53were evacuated due to a storm surge.

00:57It is expected that a 3-meter-high wave will reach the coastline of Albay.

01:05The entire province is prepared for the possible effects of the storm.
