00:12which is one of the most affected by the typhoon.

00:19Luisa, at the moment, a one-lane bridge of San Jose Bridge

00:24is being passed here in the boundary of Santa Ana and Gonzaga, Cagayan.

00:28This is the damaged road because of the typhoon Ophela.

00:38is now being passed by the one-lane of San Jose Bridge.

00:41This is the main entrance and exit of Santa Ana, Cagayan.

00:45After the typhoon, many were isolated inside Santa Ana, Cagayan

00:50including my team.

00:52But the Department of Public Works and Highways or DPWH

00:55was able to cover the damaged part of the road.

01:00It took 24 hours to make it passable.

01:06DPWH's equipment is still in position.

01:09They are currently fixing it.

01:11Their target is to finish it as soon as possible.

01:15Meanwhile, here in Santa Ana, Cagayan

01:17is one of the most affected by the typhoon Ophela.

01:19The local government received help from the Office of the President.

01:26While there is traffic here in the area.
