00:11they take teams, you can't do it by yourself,
00:14and so you really need to have a crisp idea of the vision,
00:18and you need to stay incredibly relentless on that vision.
00:21But you need to be flexible on the details,
00:23because you've got to be experimental to accomplish anything important,
00:27and that means you're going to be wrong a lot,
00:29and so you're going to try something on your way to that vision,
00:32and that's going to be the wrong thing, the wrong decision,
00:35you're going to have to back up, take a little course correction and try again.
00:39And so you cannot be stubborn on the details,
00:43you have to be flexible on the details.
