00:20You'd think that this man would just park next to an ambulance on Old Antipolo Street in Manila.
00:31But he actually stole a motorcycle, according to the police.
00:35A few minutes before that, the CCTV footage shows the suspect standing near the firetruck on Ipil Street.
00:43He immediately returned after the motorist passed by and quickly pushed the motorcycle.
00:48He was stopped in front of the CCTV because the motorcycle's handle was locked.
00:54After a while, he pushed the motorcycle again and hid it on the side of the parked ambulance.

01:02When he woke up, his motorcycle was gone.
01:04He stole the motorcycle in the middle of the day.
01:08When it was afternoon, he immediately returned to our operatives.
01:14The police is investigating the case of several times when the suspect has a record in the barangay because of the same offense.
01:20But the complainant did not continue the complaint because most of the time, he was able to recover the stolen motorcycle.
01:26The motorcycle thieves did not promise anything.
01:28He continued to steal and sell the motorcycle parts.
01:36The suspect is now under the custody of the Manila Police District,
01:39who is facing a complaint of violation of the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.
