Heavy rain and thunderstorms has caused flash flooding in Malaga.  In an hour almost a month’s worth of rainfall hit Malaga, Spain’s meteorological agency AEMet has said.  Thousands had been evacuated before flooding wiped out homes and travel infrastructure.
