No matter how a terrible place the world is, there is always someone who proves that the good always wins. Maybe that’s the first and only chance given by a fate that has never been fair to you. The name of that chance that will change the fate of eighteen-year-old high school student Eylul (Oyku Karayel) is Ali Asaf Denizoglu (Gokhan Alkan). The story begins in a high school of a town in the Aegean region. After the two part ways, they cross paths again on the roof of Istanbul’s best hospital! The young brain surgeon Eylul tells her story while she gives a good beating to a group of bullies who raids the hospital’s emergency room. She was a rebellious girl who had changed schools many times and whom teachers didn’t want to deal with. Even when her father picked her up from the last school she got expelled from and beat her very bad, she did not shed a single teardrop. However, that day her whole life changes; the prayer of her grandmother, who ran a small hostel in Marmaris and opened her house to Eylul brings a miracle. "I wish you had a good teacher to guide you..." And he comes! It’s not known that why Ali Asaf Denizoglu comes to the countryside to be a teacher while he was a successful doctor in Istanbul. However, he is an extraordinary person who can touch people's lives once and change everything. This talent will save Eylul and make her a successful surgeon. However, he realizes the special feeling between him and Eylul too late, and lets her go. The two lovers - yes, Eylul loves Ali Asaf too, no matter how much she denies it - were separated, and years later they would meet again as two doctors.

This is the story of a girl who defeated by life, who has nothing but anger, but challenges life as a surgeon. It’s also the story of a man who will give her this courage, a guide who holds her hand and says ‘’You can do it’’. The person we all wish with all our hearts to have in our lives will always keep Eylul’s and also our hopes for life high. With love, of course...

06:26Wow.
06:29Make it beautiful tomorrow morning.
06:31Then come here and tell me about the vibes I threw here, okay?
06:37I think you should have understood that you were way ahead of me.
06:40In fact, I wouldn't even come to my door to apologize.
06:44I wouldn't let you have dinner if I couldn't find it.
06:46Maybe you would, but I don't know.
06:48Maybe you wouldn't say, please, forgive me.
06:50Why wouldn't I?
06:52Or...
06:53You could have offered to go somewhere and listen to music or something.
06:56Oh, I found it. Look, I found something more accurate.
07:13You weren't going to shut up, were you?
07:16Come on, I was so hungry while I was washing you.
07:18Eat.

07:55Very lucky.
07:56I know.
07:57Not just as a companion.
07:59Esma shines in every way.
08:01That's right.
08:03Sir.
08:05Ali Asaf had a strange operation.
08:08Hmm.

08:21Isn't it possible for me to go in?
08:22Don't be ridiculous, Alp.
08:24Be patient.
08:25Oh, come on.
08:26I'm not the only one who can't see that tumor.
08:29Don't worry, you're not alone.
08:32I'm not going in, either.
08:33What?
08:34You're not going in?
08:36Yes.
08:38Sir, there's no problem, right?
08:41I mean, it's not a big deal for your fiancé not to go into surgery while you're writing history there.
08:47I would have been called if I felt the need.
08:50Anyway.
08:52Let him go now.
08:55You told Esma that you forgot your marriage proposal.
09:01That's not very possible.
09:03I know because I'm a little concerned about your brain.
09:05Sir, I forget my name, but I never forget that I want to start a family with Esma.
09:11But don't tell her, okay?
09:14Because I'm preparing a big surprise.
09:20Is there anything I can do to help?
09:22No, sir, thank you.
09:23Sama is taking care of everything.
09:25Okay.
09:29At least he's been taking care of his love.
09:36The operation will take a long time.
09:38We all need to be very patient.
09:41Tell the kids to see what they need, okay?
09:43Okay.
09:45And warn the team.
09:47If there's anyone in there who doesn't feel ready for this operation,
09:51don't overdo it, let them leave now.
09:53I'm giving you permission.
09:55And one of the teams should constantly warn me.
09:58Don't drink water.
10:00Don't drink water.
10:02Don't drink water.
10:03You always warn me.
10:05I don't drink water, I don't take a break.
10:06Don't drink water, I don't take a break.
10:09Don't forget.
10:11Ali, don't worry.
10:13I'll take care of them all.
10:15Okay.
10:17Let's get started.
10:23Sama, are you ready?
10:24I'm so ready.
10:25Okay.
10:26Are you ready?
10:27Why?
10:28It's going to take a long time, so I'm asking.
10:30I guess I'm ready.
10:32Is it touching?
10:34I hope it's not.
10:35Okay, Sama. I didn't ask.
