00:08The chief executive signed Republic Act 12068, upgrading Bataan General Hospital and Medical Center in Balanga City to a multi-specialty hospital and expanding its capacity from 500 to 1,000 beds.
00:21RA 1269 on the other hand, seeks to upgrade Dr. Catalino Gallego Nava Provincial Hospital in Jordan, Guimaras to a level 2 facility, increasing its bed capacity from 25 to 500 and renaming it to as Dr. Catalino Gallego Nava Medical Center.
00:40The President also enacted RA 12070 and RA 12071 to establish Victoria City General Hospital in Negros Occidental and Laguna Regional Hospital in Bay Laguna respectively.
