02:53The NPA recruits youths to overthrow the government
03:00and kill the police, soldiers, and troops of the government.
03:05You are not condemning their killing.
03:08What you are condemning now are the two most trusted leaders of the country
03:14who, with all their efforts, protect the millions of Filipinos.

03:28is one by one evaluating the return of the death penalty
03:32for rapists, kidnappers, drug addicts, and terrorists.
