Trump says Musk, Ramaswamy will form outside group to advise White House on government efficiency

00:29He added that they will work from outside the government to offer the White House advice

00:35Because they won't be official federal workers, they would not face requirements to ward off

00:47Another untraditional appointment went to Fox News host Pete Hegseth, who Trump named

00:52his new Defense Secretary.

00:55Some top security officials at the Pentagon said they were caught off guard by the choice,
