00:00Meralco helped their customers who were affected by the typhoon Christine, Leon, and Marse.

00:07According to Joe Saltariaga, head of corporate communications of Meralco,

00:12this is the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and Energy Regulatory Commission or ERC.

00:18As a result, Meralco immediately implemented to avoid disconnection activities until the end of this year.

00:26Aside from this, Meralco also implemented installment payment arrangements

00:30within 6 months for customers who have bills of October and December.

00:56This will be until December of 2024 or end of the year.
