00:00Where did their chemistry come from?
00:03Why did Sparks fly so immediately?
00:06It remains a mystery even for Hiro and Josephine, but it's pretty clear they were made for
00:11these roles.
00:13We actually didn't get the opportunity to have a chemistry read on the first film.
00:17So we sort of met and it was like, this is it.
00:22So I think we were just really lucky that when we met and we started rehearsing, we
00:28had chemistry.
00:29I feel like maybe it was both of our first time doing lead roles that we were almost
00:34in it together.
00:35And if we felt something that we disagreed with production or direction or anything,
00:38we almost had to rely on each other.
00:41We were the only kind of support that each other had because we were fighting the exact
00:45same battle every time any conversations came up.
00:49So maybe something to do with that.
00:50Chemistry in film is something you just either have or you don't.
00:53And so I think we were just really lucky that apparently we had it when we started filming.
00:57So there was nothing that we had to do specifically to like recreate it.
01:02It's just, I think it's either there or it's not.
01:05Listen, I say every time, it's good casting.
01:09We don't know how.
01:10If I did, then I'd be making movies and be like, you two, you're perfect together.
01:14You know, so you never, we never know.
01:16You can feel that chemistry in every frame of the After franchise, from the moments fans
01:21will never forget to the moments they never got to see.
01:24Like these never-before-released scenes.
