Jim and Jon give their thoughts on  Sherrone Moore's first season as Michigan Football Head Coach and answer whether they are losing faith in him as the right man for the job.

00:46These feel like coaching blunders and as far as play calling goes

00:50He is not making the decision to strip Kirk Campbell of play calling therefore

00:54He is endorsing Kirk Campbell as the play caller every week

00:58That is an issue that I would have as a Michigan fan, and we are getting ticket text people are unhappy

01:06But it's not like he's squeezing every single ounce of talent out of this roster in many ways

01:11They've underachieved in many ways. They blew a chance to beat, Indiana this week

01:19And if you're going to make a change at quarterback, which they've done four times

01:24If you're gonna make it to a change in personnel up front some of it due to injury

01:28But others due to performance if you're gonna make a change at other positions

02:08I think this is an incredibly pivotal offseason for Michigan football and for Sharon Moore because you aren't Jim Harbaugh

02:13You need to put your own stamp on the program

02:15You will have a chance to get in line at the buffet before everybody else

02:19You're not gonna be in the playoff and have some long season

02:22You need to hit the portal need to revamp your staff

02:25You need to put your stamp on the program and it has to look a hell of a lot better next season
