00:00It's an interesting time for EVs, and especially luxury three-rows, but Cadillac has a new

00:11option in its lineup this year.

00:14This is the 2026 Cadillac Vistec.

00:17Distinctive design details common among Cadillac EVs are visible on the Vistec.

00:23Split headlights and taillights combine vertical with horizontal elements.

00:29The SUV's grille panel is available with different backlit patterns.

00:34The sport model seen here has standard 21-inch wheels, while the higher-end Vistec Premium

00:40Luxury gets 22s, and the range-topping Platinum trim rolls on 23-inch rims.

00:47Every Vistec has a 102-kilowatt-hour battery pack that sends electrons to a standard dual-motor,

00:52all-wheel-drive powertrain.

00:53Together, these motors can produce up to 615 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque, and

00:59when the standard Velocity Max mode is activated, 0-to-60 comes in as little as 3.7 seconds,

01:06Cadillac shows good attention to detail in the Vistec's cabin, with niceties like leather-lined

01:11front seatbacks, soft-touch finishing across the door panels, and textured metallic trim

01:17throughout.

01:18As would be expected from a modern Cadillac, there is plenty of tech in here, with the

01:23centerpiece being this 33-inch single 9K digital touchscreen.

01:28There's also an 8-inch panel down here for climate and comfort controls, a fully digital

01:32rear-view mirror, a standard 23-speaker AKG audio system, and Cadillac's SuperCruise hands-free

01:39driving technology.

01:41If you wanted an electric Cadillac before, you could've got a Lyric, but the Vistec is

01:44all about family functionality.

01:46The second row can be equipped with individual captain's chairs or a three-across bench,

01:50and the third row is treated to comfortable amenities like perforated seats, cupholders,

01:55air vents, USB-C ports, and an interesting view through this textured lingerie on glass.

02:00The Vistec could be thought of as an electric version of the XT6 three-row SUV, but Cadillac

02:06tells me that there's more storage area in the Vistec behind the third row than in the

02:10XT6.

02:11Additionally, the Vistec has this nice underfloor storage to complement cargo area, but keep

02:16in mind that there's no frunk under the hood.

02:20When the Vistec goes on sale in 2025, it'll compete against three-row EVs on both sides.

02:27The Kia EV9 and Volkswagen ID.Buzz mix attractive design with useful versatility, while the

02:33Rivian R1S and a rumored upcoming seven-seat electric Porsche can deliver impressive performance.

02:41Not to mention, Cadillac's own all-electric Escalade IQ looks large and supremely luxurious.
