02:52We are predominantly a food truck, we travel around South Shore.

02:56We moved into this location here where we do once a week meal deliveries and take out,

03:02grab and go home cooked meals.

03:22It's not, it's actually my mother-in-law.

03:26She's mom and she started about eight years ago.

03:31She kind of is the godfather of food trucks in South Shore.

03:34It hasn't been a thing the past ten years, it really exploded, you know?

03:38She started the South Shore Food Truck Association.

03:42She's pretty well known in the community.

03:44But like I said, we've been out of Hanover.

03:47We moved in here this year.

03:49And they picked us up, really.

03:52Our landlord's been really nice.

03:54So we do our meals once a week here on Wednesday.

03:56We figured we'd just open up and sell some grilled cheeses too, you know?
